Is this a real game or more of an activity?
Solalma is a guided activity with game elements. Each round has a Giver and a Receiver, and you follow the cards step by step. There's no winner or loser. The goal is to relax and connect, not compete. You can also skip the game format entirely and simply follow the massage cards in order for a full body massage session.
How long does a session take?
One round takes about 10–15 minutes. You can play as many rounds as you like by switching roles. If you follow all the massage cards in order for a full body massage, it takes around 45 minutes. You set your own pace.
Do we need any massage experience?
None at all — you can be a complete beginner. Each card shows you exactly what to do with a clear illustration and short instructions.
Is Solalma for all couples? Is it LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes — the game is for all adult couples, whether you've been together 6 months or 20 years. The language and illustrations in the cards are designed to be inclusive and feature diverse couples.
Is it appropriate to gift?
Absolutely. There's nothing inappropriate in the cards or illustrations. Solalma is a calm, respectful wellness experience — it is not a sexual game. It comes in premium packaging, ready to gift.
Where do you ship?
🇪🇺 We ship across the EU from our warehouse in Bulgaria. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your country. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
🇬🇧 UK customers can currently find Solalma on Amazon — direct shipping coming soon.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal is available at checkout too.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right. If your game arrived damaged or has missing items, email us at play@solalmacards.com with photos and we'll send a replacement right away.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.
Can I withdraw from my order? (EU right of withdrawal)
As a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email us at play@solalmacards.com. Once we receive the deck back in its original condition, we'll refund you within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
